Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. Each product is created especially for you when you order, which means we cannot refund or exchange once your order has been placed. Because the product is personalised for you, orders are exempt from UK & EU rules regarding refunds. Please do ensure you order the correct size, as we cannot replace or refund your order for this reason.
