It is not possible to skip your first box/book only, but you can skip future months.
If you are on a monthly renewal plan, you can skip your next order by logging into your Illumicrate account.
Please remember that Afterlight and Evernight subscriptions are currently only on the UK website. Illumicrate subscribers from the USA and Canada will need to log in on the US website to access their Illumicrate subscription, all other Illumicrate subscribers will need to log in on the UK website.
Once logged in, please navigate to the 'Subscriptions' section:
Click on 'Home' on the top navigation bar to see all your active subscriptions. Click on the subscription you wish to skip the upcoming order for:
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select 'skip this order'.
If you are on a 3 or 6-monthly renewal plan, you can skip any month by filling out our customer support form and letting us know which box + month(s) you want to skip. We hope future months' themes and fandoms interest you more!
Please note that while we do not have a skip limit, if a subscriber has not received a box in 10 consecutive months or more, we do reserve the right to cancel their subscription at our discretion.
