We have a very limited number of sets of our Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn. As we are aware of the popularity of this edition and these are our very final sets available, we have decided that the fairest way to allocate these copies for purchase is via a lottery.

Anyone who has not previously purchased a Bridgerton set from us (either in the first or second printings or at Apollycon) was eligible to sign up for the lottery and you do not need to be an Illumicrate or Afterlight subscriber.

The Bridgerton lottery form closed on the 28th of June 2024, no further entries will be accepted and this set is no longer available for public purchase. To select winners, we will randomise the list and offer invitations to purchase in batches until we have sold out. When we have sold out, everyone who joined the lottery will be notified.

I've won the Bridgerton lottery, now what?

Bridgerton lottery winners will only be able to purchase one set from the three following classifications: standard set, B-grade set, or C-grade set. If a customer purchases more than one set type, we will cancel and refund any duplicate orders.

What are the differences between these classifications?

Standard sets will be available to purchase for lottery winners for £120 plus shipping and VAT if applicable. These sets are made up of the remaining good stock.

B-grade sets will be available to purchase for lottery winners for £96 plus shipping and VAT if applicable. Some books in these sets will include misaligned foiling on the spine, light fading or small gaps on the foiling, or small marks on the front or small bends on the corners of the book.

C-grade sets will be available to purchase for lottery winners for £90 plus shipping and VAT if applicable. Some books in these sets will include the same defects as B-grade and some books will include folding or indents on the spine, dirty marks on the back of the book, or lighter marks on the front of the book.

My book arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your book has not been damaged in transit but you believe it was wrongly graded, please contact support with clear photographs of the errors.

Standard sets:
We will have very limited standard stock for replacements and these will be prioritised for any orders lost in transit. Please check our standard Missing and Damaged Guidelines if your order is damaged. We may only offer partial refunds or a replacement from another grade should your order be damaged in transit.

B-grade sets:
We will have limited B-grade stock available for replacements, you will be ineligible for damage complaints for any of the expected light damages/defects listed in the above table. If your order is damaged in transit, we may only offer partial refunds or a replacement from either B or C-graded stock.

C-grade sets:
We will have limited C-grade stock available for replacements, you will be ineligible for damage complaints for any of the expected damages/defects listed in the table above. If your order is damaged in transit, we may only offer partial refunds or a replacement from C-graded stock.

My B/C-grade Bridgerton set arrived, but I am unhappy with the order. What can I do?

If your order doesn't qualify for a partial refund or replacement as stated above, you can instead return your order for a refund. As per our Terms and Conditions, the cost of returning your order would be your responsibility.

As always, replacements are at the discretion of Illumicrate customer support and you may be asked for additional photographs for further assessments before a decision is made.
