When shop orders ship depends on whether it contains a pre-order: 


Your Order Contains:

Estimated Ship Date
 
In-Stock Products
ONLY



At least once a week, in batches


 
Pre-Orders of 
Exclusive Editions 
ONLY

According to the dates provided on the product listing or
on the book's announcement post in our News section.


In-Stock Products

When all items are ready. For example:

If you order two in-stock books and a pre-order that ships in October, then your order will not ship until the pre-order is ready (i.e. October). 



Tracking Numbers

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information from our warehouse. If you encounter problems finding your tracking number, please check your online account or contact us.


Delays in Release Date 

Please remember that all shipping dates are estimated and depend on many factors. We will always update our UK Shipping Updates or the US/CAN Shipping Updates pages with the latest information about estimated shipping dates. Please note that:

  • Sometimes new publications need to be shipped later than our standard delivery schedule to align with the release date set by the publishers. 
  • If there is a significant delay to a title, such as printing delays, we will also send out an email to all affected subscribers.
