Please note that during this time we were unable to ship to Belarus, the Canary Islands, China, El Salvador, Guadalupe, Haiti, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. These rates are exclusive of tax which may be added at checkoutPlease scroll to the bottom for subscription book only and full box rates for the US and Canada prices during this time, there will only be a few as most regions had no changes.
