Purchasing Gift Cards

A gift card must be purchased on the website that the customer (or gift recipient) would like to use the gift card on -- so if you wish to use a gift card on the UK Illumishop, please purchase it on the UK Illumishop.

You can opt to have a gift card sent via email to your gift recipient on a particular day. Simply click the "I want to send this as a gift" option before purchase.

A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. 

Using Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used on any Exclusive Editions, pre-orders, or other products in the UK Illumishop or the US Illumishop -- excluding subscriptions and other gift cards. 

If you place an order totalling less than the value of your gift card, any unused amount can then be used on another order. You can use more than one gift card to pay for an order. 

If you place an order totalling more than the value of your gift card, you will need to use an additional payment method to cover the difference. 

Remember! 

• If you have purchased a gift card on the wrong Illumishop, do not panic -- please contact Support immediately. 
• If you have received a gift card from someone else, and it is for the wrong Illumishop, please ask the purchaser to contact Support on your behalf.
