How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password for any reason, you can either do this in your online account or by contacting Support.

Resetting Your Password on a Desktop


1. First, please log into your online account.


2. Once you have logged in, you should see your Account Overview. Please click on the "Change password" link on the left-hand side menu:



3. Enter your email address in the box provided and click the "Send reset link" button. This will send a password reset email to your email address: 



4. When you have received your email, click the button in the email to reset your password:  


5. This will take you to a screen where you can specify a new password. Enter this in the topmost box, and confirm it in the second box, then click the button: 


6. If successful, you will then see your account home screen: 


All done! 




Resetting Your Password on a Mobile


1. First, please log into your online account and select the "Change Password" link: 



2. Enter your email address in the filed given, and then click the "Send Reset Link" button. This will send a password reset email to your email address:



3. When you have received your email, click the button in the email to reset your password:  



4. This will take you to a screen where you can specify a new password. Enter this in the topmost box, and confirm it in the second box, then click the button: 



5. If successful, you will then see your account home screen:
