How do I log in to my online account?

You can log in to your subscription based on your location, as follows: 

• UK subscribers
• US & CAN Subscribers
• Rest of World subscribers

Note: RoW means "Rest of the World". 

Please note that we have two websites: Our UK site and our US site. Because these are on different systems, you may need to log into both to see all of your subscription(s) and orders. 

Shop Orders

If you have ordered from one of our two Illumishops (UK | US) then in most cases your account will again be based on where you are located in the world, as above.

However, some items only ship from the UK warehouse, and so if you are in the US or Canada you will not see these orders appear in your order history if you log in using your US account. To determine which site you need to check for your order status, please check the number of digits in your order number, as follows:
