How do I skip a month/theme?

With all our subscriptions, you can opt to skip a month/theme if it doesn't interest you. This can be easily done within your online account. These instructions apply to all of the following: 

  • Monthly and quarterly subscribers
  • Prepaid (3-month or 6-month subscribers) 
  • Subscribers who have more than one subscription, but who only want to skip one of them


To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any skips before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. 


Hey there, Newbie! 

If this is the first month of your subscription, welcome to the Illumicrate family! Unfortunately it is not possible to skip your first month/theme, but you can skip any month/theme after this. 


Remember! 

  • To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any skips before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. 
  • For example, if you wanted to skip January, you would skip before 1st January. 
  • If it is after the 1st of the month, please contact Support.
  • Don't forget about our skip limit policy.

Skipping a Month/Theme on a Desktop


1. First, please log into your online account.


From your Account Overview page, please click on the "My Subscriptions" tab on the left-hand side menu:




2. From the Your Subscriptions page, select the "Manage subscriptions" tab on the right-hand side menu: 



3. On the next screen, select "Manage this subscription" alongside the subscription you would like to alter: 



4. Click the "Skip 1 for month" button alongside your subscription's logo: 



5. Confirm your skip on the pop-up box: 


6. All done! 




Skipping a Month/Theme on a Mobile


1. Please log into your online account.


From your Account Overview page, please scroll down to the on the "My Subscriptions" link and click on it:



2. From the Your Subscriptions page, scroll down to "Manage subscriptions" and click on that: 



3. On the next screen, select "Manage this subscription" alongside the subscription you would like to alter: 



4. Click the "Skip 1 for month" button alongside your subscription's logo: 



5. Confirm your skip on the pop-up box: 


5. All done!




Don’t worry!

If you have skipped a month and have now changed your mind but cannot unskip it online, don’t panic — please contact Support
