With all our subscriptions, you can opt to skip a month/theme if it doesn't interest you, but there are a few things to bear in mind:
Skips do not remove you as a subscriber.
While we do not have a skip limit, if a subscriber has not received a box/book in 10 consecutive months or more, we do reserve the right to cancel their subscription at our discretion.
Please note that the "skip count" resets every time a box/book is successfully renewed and received.
For example, if you have skipped May, June, July, August, and September of your subscription, then you have skipped five consecutive months. If you then choose to receive the October theme, your skip count returns to zero. If you then skip November, your skip count begins again, with one month skipped.
Remember!
- To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any skips before the 1st of the month you wish to skip.
- For example, if you wanted to skip January, please skip before 1st January.
- If it is after the 1st of the month you wish to skip, please contact Support.
