With all our subscriptions, you can opt to skip a month/theme if it doesn't interest you. Skips do not cancel your subscription or remove you as a subscriber. Your renewal is pushed forward to the next subscription month per skip.
From 1st January 2026, our Skip Limit Policy is as follows:

Prepaid 3- or 6-months: Illumicrate Afterlight | ||
| Monthly: Illumicrate + Afterlight Book Combo | 6 Combo skips | Your first skip is for your January Combo themes. You now have 5 Combo skips remaining until the end of December. Your skip quota resets at the start of the following January. Please Note: Skips apply to both books for that month. You will not be able to skip Illumicrate's book but keep Afterlight's, or vice versa. |
| Quarterly: Evernight Starbright Mindsight | 2 | Your first skip is your February theme. You now have 1 skip remaining until the end of December. Your skip quota resets at the start of the following January. |
Please Note: Our Skip Limit Policy operates on a calendar year basis (1st January - 31st December), not on a rolling year basis. Your skip quota will always reset on 1st January, regardless of the number of skips remaining in the previous year.
Skips do not have to be consecutive to count in the skip quota.
Skip Limit Warnings and Subscription Cancellations
You will receive an email notification when you have one skip left in a calendar year.
Exceeding the Skip Limit Policy for any subscription in any calendar year means that your subscription is at risk of being cancelled with no additional warning.
Remember!
- To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any skips before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. Any skip made on/after the 1st of the month will process a skip for the next month.
- For example, if you wanted to skip January, please skip before the 1st of January.
- Skips do not cancel your subscription or remove you as a subscriber.
- If you would like to process a late skip request please contact Support.
