I forgot to skip and my subscription renewed/attempted to renew. Can I still skip?

Although you can skip months/themes yourself, sometimes life can get away with us and a renewal may be successfully processed before you skip it. 


If this happens, please contact Support to request a late skip. We will then cancel and refund the payment for you. Please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation and refund after the skip deadline dates.


The final day for any late skip is the day we send out the Address Check emails. However, this is never guaranteed. 


If your subscription attempts to renew but fails, and you don't contact us to change this to a skip request, an error may remain and provide further renewal failures. This may lead to a subscription cancellation.


Remember!

  • To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any skips before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. 
  • If it is after the first of the month you wish to skip an Illumicrate or Afterlight subscription, any skips you action will be for the next month.
  • If it is after the third of the month you wish to skip an Evernight or Afterlight subscription, any skips you action will be for the next month.
