Although customers can skip monthly renewals themselves, if you forget to do so before payment is taken, please email us so we can make sure the renewal is cancelled and refunded for you. 

The final day we can process a late skip is the day we send out the "check your address" email. However, ideally, all late skip requests should be in before the 6th of the month you wish to skip - any outside of this date we cannot guarantee a cancellation and refund.

If you skip in your subscription area after a payment has been taken, you will be skipping the next month rather than the current one.

If your subscription attempts to renew but fails and you don't contact us to change this to a skip request, an error may remain and provide further renewal failures. This may lead to a subscription cancellation.
