If you have already paid for the month and want a refund, contact the Support team before your box ships.
Remember:
- Cancelling a subscription only cancels forthcoming subscription charges. It does not automatically issue a refund. Should you require a refund for your most recent renewal payment, please contact Support.
- You cannot get a refund part-way through a prepaid (3-month or 6-month) subscription plan once you have paid for it. If you need help, please contact Support.

Cancelling Your Subscription (Desktop)
1. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account.
From your Account Overview page, please click on the "My Subscriptions" tab on the left-hand side menu:
2. From the Your Subscriptions page, select the "Manage subscriptions" tab on the right-hand side menu:
3. On the next screen, select "Manage this subscription" alongside the subscription you would like to cancel:
4. Click the "Cancel subscription" button:
5. In the pop-up box, select your reason for cancelling and click "Next":
If you change your mind and no longer wish to cancel, just click the "Keep subscription" button at any stage to return to the previous screen.
6. Enter an optional reason for cancelling, and then click "Cancel subscription".
Your subscription is now cancelled.
Cancelling Your Subscription (Mobile)
1. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account.
From your Account Overview page, please scroll down to the "My Subscriptions" link and click on it:
