How do I update the shipping address on my subscription?

Are you in the right place?
If you have either: 
  • Orders you’ve already paid for but not yet received; or 
  • Subscription box(es) you have paid for but not yet received;

Then please contact Support with your change of address request. Please include your new address, in full, in your email.


Please note: This guide only applies if you want to change the address on your subscription for a future month. If you want to change the address for your most recent renewal, please contact Support


Do you have any months skipped? 
Updating your address will undo any skips you've made. Please ensure you check and re-skip any months/themes, if needed, after updating your address. If you need help, please contact Support

How to Change Your Subscription Address on a Desktop


1. First, please log into your online account.


From your Account Overview page, please click on the "My subscriptions" tab on the left-hand side menu:


2. From this page, select the "View upcoming orders" tab on the right-hand side: 



3. Under "Upcoming orders", click the "Edit" button alongside the subscription you wish to update:



4. Then click "Edit address" beside the chosen subscription: 



5. You will see a pop-up box where you can update your shipping address. Make sure you keep the tick box checked alongside "Keep products with different addresses separate", even if your new address matches that of another subscription: 



6. Once you have updated your address, click the "Save changes" button: 


7. The change should then be reflected on the screen, and you're all done -- the address has now been updated for your subscription, and will apply to all forthcoming months.
