How do I update the billing address on my subscription?

• If your primary payment method is PayPal, please update your billing information in your PayPal account itself.

How to Change the Billing Address for a Subscription on a Desktop

1. First, please log into your online account.

2. From your Account Overview page, please click on the "My subscriptions" tab on the left-hand side menu:

3. From the Your Subscriptions page click on the "Address & Payment Details" menu option:

4. Scroll down until you see the "Manage payment methods" option and click to open this area:

5. Click the "Edit" button alongside the payment method you wish to update: 

6. A dialogue box should appear, asking you to re-enter your payment information. Once you have done this, untick the box alongside "Use [your address] as billing address": 

7. The dialogue box expands to include address fields. Please complete these for your new address: 

8. Make the sure the box alongside "Update all my subscriptions to use this payment method" is ticked, then click the "Save changes" button: 

You're all done!
