How do I update the payment method for my subscription?

Updating Your Payment Method (Desktop)


1. Start by logging into your account. 


2. Once you have logged in, you should see your Account Overview. Please click on the "My Subscriptions" link on the left-hand side menu: 


3. From the "Your Subscriptions" page click on the "Address & Payment Details" menu option:


4. Scroll down until you see the "Manage payment methods" option and click to open this area:


5. From this page, you can edit your existing payment details or add a new one. Click on one of these options to proceed:


6. You will see a pop-up box where you can add/edit your payment method. You can adjust the billing address if required by unticking the "Use [address] as billing address". 


Please keep the box ticked alongside "Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" to ensure this updates all of your subscriptions.


7. Press "Add payment method" once completed.

1. Start by logging into your Illumicrate account. 


2. From your Account Overview page, please scroll down to the on the "My Subscriptions" link and click on it:


3. From the Your Subscriptions page, scroll down to the "Address & Payment Details" link and click on it:


4. From the Address & Payment Details page, scroll down to the "Manage payment methods" link and click on it:


5. From this page, you can edit your existing payment details or add a new one:


6. You will see a pop-up box where you can add/edit your payment method. You can adjust the billing address if required by unticking the "Use [address] as billing address". 


Please keep the box ticked alongside "Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" to ensure this updates all of your subscriptions.


7. Press "Add payment method" once completed.
