My subscription renewal payment failed - what do I do?

If the renewal payment for your subscription has failed, please do not panic. Our subscription system will automatically re-attempt the transaction for five days: 
  • For Illumicrate and Afterlight subscriptions, this will be 1st-5th of the month. 
  • For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions, this will be 3rd-7th of the month.


Renewals Deadlines

The final dates we can process a renewal for a subscription are: 

  • For Illumicrate and Afterlight subscriptions: 5th of the month. 
  • For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions: 7th of the month.



Updating your Payment Method

If your renewals payment has failed, please follow these instructions to update the payment method associated with your subscription: 


1. Click here for how to update the payment method for your subscription. 


2. Please contact Support once you have updated your payment method so that we can confirm your renewal was processed successfully. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that your renewal will process.
