My subscription renewal payment failed - what do I do?

If the renewal payment for your subscription has failed, please do not panic. Our subscription system will automatically re-attempt the transaction as follows:

For Illumicrate and Afterlight subscriptions, this will be 1st-9th of the month.
For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions, this will be 3rd-12th of the month.

Renewals Deadlines

The final dates we can process a renewal for a subscription are:

For Illumicrate and Afterlight subscriptions: 9th of the month.
For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions: 12th of the month.

Updating your Payment Method

If your renewals payment has failed, please follow these instructions to update the payment method associated with your subscription:

1. Click here for how to update the payment method for your subscription.

2. If your renewal payment still has not been charged on day 3 of the renewals period, you will receive an email with instructions covering how to update your payment method.
