- For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions, this will be 3rd-12th of the month.
Renewals Deadlines
The final dates we can process a renewal for a subscription are:
- For Illumicrate and Afterlight subscriptions: 9th of the month.
- For Evernight and Starbright subscriptions: 12th of the month.
Updating your Payment Method
If your renewals payment has failed, please follow these instructions to update the payment method associated with your subscription:

2. If your renewal payment still has not been charged on day 3 of the renewals period, you will receive an email with instructions covering how to update your payment method.
