We always try to ensure we have enough stock for all our active subscribers each month, but sometimes certain themes are more popular than anticipated. This Sell-Out Policy comes into effect in the incredibly rare circumstance when all stock of a subscription book/theme runs out before all renewals have been successfully processed.
Please note that we do not expect this to occur on a regular basis.
Our renewals period runs from 1st - 9th of the month for monthly subscriptions and 3rd - 12th of the month for quarterly subscriptions. Your spot is only reserved for that time, so once we are outside of the renewals period we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive that month’s theme.
There are several scenarios where the Sell-Out Policy may come into effect:
| Scenario | Result |
| A book/theme has sold out before the end of the renewals period, and your renewal has not yet been processed | Any remaining unprocessed renewals will be unable to receive that month’s book/theme. You will receive an email notification and your unprocessed renewal will be cancelled. No payment will have been taken. Your renewal date moves to the next subscription month/quarter. |
| Your renewal has been processed, but we are unable to fulfil your renewal due to the book/theme selling out | Your renewal payment will instead be used pay for the following month/quarter's theme. You will receive an email notification, and you will have the option to request a refund instead. |
| A failed subscription renewal due to the Sell-Out Policy | This would not count towards a subscriber’s skip quota. |
| You skipped your subscription and later wish to unskip | We cannot guarantee this will be possible for the current month -- please contact Support for advice. |
| You cancelled your subscription and wish to reactivate it |
