Our Illumicrate monthly subscriptions renew on the 1st of every month, unless you have a 3 or 6 month subscription in which case they renew on the 1st every 3 or 6 months.


Our Afterlight subscriptions renew on the 1st of February, May, August and November.


Our renewal period runs from 1st - 5th each month. During this time you will have the opportunity to correct any issues that may have caused your renewal to fail on the 1st, such as updating your payment method, and you will also be able to get in touch with our support team if you need help. 


We aren't able to guarantee you a spot for the month outside of this renewal period, so if you need help, please do get in touch before the end of the 5th.
