Can I change my renewal payment date?

All of our subscriptions renew at the start of the month or quarter, depending on the genre of subscription you have. You can find a table of all our renewal periods here


Sometimes we can hold your subscription renewal for a few extra days within a renewals period, but we cannot always guarantee this. 


  • For example, if you need your Illumicrate Fantasy subscription renewal payment moving from the 1st of the month to the 5th of the month, for a specific month only. 


Please note that we cannot move renewal dates on a permanent basis -- so we cannot permanently change your renewal date to, for example, the 4th of each month. 


If you need your renewal date moving for a specific instance, please contact Support before the end of your subscription's renewal period

  • You can always find out your next renewal date by logging into your account and selecting the "My subscriptions" tab.
