How to Update the Billing Address on your Shop Account

Currently, the only way to update your billing address on your shop account is during the ordering process. Please ensure that your billing address is completed correctly at the time of ordering and that any auto-fill settings are set to your correct address. 

Updating the Billing Address on Open (Unfulfilled) Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to update the billing address on an order you have already paid for. As the payment was already processed successfully at the time of ordering, and billing addresses are not shown on shipping labels, any errors in them will not affect the shipping or delivery of an order.
