I've updated my address on my account - will this automatically update my orders?

No, updating your address on your account will not change the address on any orders already paid for. 


This includes: 

  • shop orders
  • pre-orders
  • subscription renewals that have already been processed. 


Please contact Support to change your address on any of these. Please include your new address, in full, in your email.
