I am having problems accessing my account - what can I do?

If you are having problems accessing your online account, please do not panic. Initially, please try the following: 


1. Ensure you are on the correct website: either our UK site or our US site. If you are unsure which site you need, visit our login matrix as this can help you out. 

2. Once you are sure you are on the correct website, if you still cannot log in, please try resetting your password

3. If this does not work, please contact Support.


Please do not create a new account using a different email address. This will not give you access to your existing account and will only create future confusion.
