Why can't I see my pre-orders/order history?

If you have logged into your Illumicrate account and cannot see your pre-order(s) or your order history is not showing as you expected, please do not panic. 


Firstly, please check that you are logging into the correct account. We have two websites (UK and USwith customer accounts on each. As a reminder: 


All Customers: Shop Orders for Exclusive Editions (purchased before July 2025)

  • If you have placed any pre-orders for Exclusive Editions prior to July 2025, your pre-orders/order history will be on your UK account


US/CAN Customers Only: Shop Orders for Exclusive Editions (purchased after July 2025)

  • Because we started shipping Exclusive Editions from our US warehouse in July 2025, please check both your UK account and/or your US account for your pre-orders/order history. 


Previous Subscription Boxes 

  • US/CAN: If you have purchased a previous monthly box from our Illumicrate shop and are in the USA or Canada, you will need to check your US account.
  • UK/RoW: If you have purchased a previous monthly or quarterly box from our Illumicrate shop and are anywhere else in the world, please check your UK account.


If, after completing the above, you are sure you are logging into the correct account and still cannot see your pre-orders/order history, please contact Support and include: 

  • which account (UK and/or USyou've logged into
  • screenshot(s) of what you do see when you log in. 



Remember! 

  • Because the UK and US websites are on different systems, you may need to log in to both in order to see all of your subscriptions and orders. 
  • If you have a subscription with us, the login matrix can help you find your correct login location. If in doubt, start there. 
  • If you get stuck, contact Support
