Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship according to the type of subscription you have:

For example:

  • The May Illumicrate subscription would start to ship, in batches, at the end of May. 
  • The November Starbright subscription would start to ship, in batches, at the end of November.


Tracking Numbers

Once your subscription ships, you will receive tracking information from our warehouse. If you encounter problems finding your tracking number, please check your online account or contact us.


Delays in Release Date 

Please remember that all shipping dates are estimated and depend on many factors. We will always update our UK Shipping Updates or the US/CAN Shipping Updates pages with the latest information about estimated shipping dates. Please note that:

  • Sometimes new publications need to be shipped later than our standard delivery schedule to align with the release date set by the publishers. 
  • If there is a significant delay to a title, such as a printing error, we will also send out an email to all affected subscribers. 


Seasonal Holidays

Our warehouses may also have delays to public holidays, such as Bank Holidays in the UK or Labor Day in the US -- these usually mean that your order may be shipped a day or two later than usually expected. 


However, please be aware that both of our UK and US warehouses close over the festive period, so no orders will be shipped between (usually) mid-December and the start of January. Exact dates for this closure are communicated on our social media and on our shipping update pages (UK | US) ahead of time.

  • We do send out Address Check emails before an Exclusive Edition pre-order or subscription order is due to ship, and this is the final 24 hours for any changes or cancellations. (Please note that these are not sent for an Illumishop order that contains in-stock items.)
