We can offer combined shipping on products that are ordered together, and the combined shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders once they have been placed.
However, if you have placed a pre-order for one item and it is still available later, when you place a pre-order for another item, you are welcome to order them both together in a new order. We will cancel/refund the original order for you, providing it is not already in fulfilment.
We are also unable to combine orders which originate from different warehouses.
Please note: If your order includes one or more pre-orders, the full order will not ship until the latest pre-order date.
Subscriptions
Subscription products (including Illumicrate Fantasy, Afterlight Romance, Evernight Horror, Starbright Science Fiction, and Mindsight Crime and Mystery) cannot be shipped together or combined with Illumishop orders and/or pre-orders for Exclusive Editions.
The one exception to this is the Illumicrate + Afterlight Book Combo subscription, which combines both the monthly Illumicrate Fantasy book-only and Afterlight Romance subscriptions together into one box. Please note that this cannot be combined with any other order, pre-order, or subscription product.
