If you are moving to a different country, please contact Support as soon as possible. Please include your new address, in full, in your email.
Depending on where you are moving to, you may:
- Be eligible for a refund of shipping costs and/or taxes on any unshipped orders;
- Be asked to pay the difference for any shipping costs and/or taxes on any unshipped orders; and/or
- Be guided through a re-subscribe process, to ensure your subscription(s) ship from the correct country (if applicable).
If you hold any subscriptions with us, please get in touch at least a week prior to your next renewal so that we can process your change in country before your subscription renews. This means that the new shipping cost and any taxes (if applicable) will then be processed correctly.

- Changing your address within your online account will only apply changes to future orders. To change the address on your unshipped orders, please contact Support.
- We do send out Address Check emails before shipping orders and subscription boxes. This is the last 24 hours to request any changes or cancellations.
