What are Address Check emails?

Approximately 10 days before your order is due to ship, we send out an Address Check email. These will usually have the subject line of "Check the address on your Illumicrate order". 


This email invites you to check the shipping address on the order that is due to be dispatched, in case the address has changed between the date the order was placed and the date that fulfilment is due to start. 


Please note that this email notifies you of the final 24 hours for any changes to your shipping address or to request any cancellations.


If your shipping address has changed, or you wish to cancel the order, please reply to the email within the 24 hours given so that we can update your order accordingly. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped to your preferred address.


If your shipping address hasn't changed, then you don't need to reply to the email. Your order will be shipped to the address shown in the email. 


When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, and this will also be updated in your online account.
