If you have received an item in your order and you are unhappy with it, you may submit it as a damage request.
You may be asked for additional photographs to enable us to assess your request further. Please note that replacements are at the discretion of Illumicrate Customer Support.
If your order doesn't qualify for a partial refund or replacement as per our Standard Book Damage Guidelines or our B-grade and C-grade Book Guidelines, you can instead return your order for a refund.
As per our Terms and Conditions, the cost of returning your order would be your responsibility. Please contact Support for our Returns address.
