I've changed my mind. Please can I have a refund?

Whenever possible, we will cancel and refund an unwanted order -- however, this is dependent on when the cancellation request is received by our Support Team


If your order has not entered fulfilment, it should possible to cancel and refund it without the need for a return. However, if your item has already shipped, it will require a return instead. 

Please note that we only send out Address Check emails for orders containing Exclusive Edition preorders or subscriptions. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order once this email has been sent. 


Shop Orders are processed at least twice a week from our UK Illumishop, and daily from the US Illumishop. These do not receive Address Check emails. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel your order before it is shipped.

If you have a prepaid (3-month or 6-month) subscription plan, please note that once your first box has shipped, you will be unable to request a cancellation and refund of unshipped months.
