If you wish to return your subscription order, Exclusive Edition pre-order, or shop order for a refund, please contact Support and include:
- Your full name and address;
- Your order number; and
- The contents of the order you would like to return.
We can then provide you with the relevant returns process and address.
Please note that the cost of your return is your responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping method and email us with proof of postage once it has been shipped. Without this information, we will be unable to refund you once it arrives at our warehouse. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Damages
If your item is damaged, please do not request a return. Instead, please submit a damage request.
