Orders from our UK warehouse: Our international orders ship in batches and you will only receive a tracking email when your order ships. If you are an international customer, you can also always find your tracking information by visiting https://www.trackyourparcel.eu, and entering your country, the order number found on your address check email, and zip code.


If you are a UK-based customer or this still isn't working for you, you can also find your tracking number by logging into your Illumicrate account and checking your orders. You can also fill out our Customer Support form and we can get it re-sent to you.

Orders from our US warehouse: If you have not received your tracking email, the tracking number can be found by logging into your Illumcrate account and checking your orders for the tracking number. Orders to the US are shipped via USPS and can be tracked on their website here. Orders to Canada are shipped via local couriers and can be tracked by visiting https://www.apc-pli.com/apc-tracking-v2.html. You can also fill out our Customer Support form and we can resend the information to you.
