We are sorry to see you go! Before you consider cancellation, did you know you can skip a month in your subscription if one isn't of interest to you? 

If you have already paid for the month and want a refund, then you must fill out our Customer Support form to request it before the box has shipped. Please note that you cannot get a refund part-way through a pre-paid subscription plan once you have paid for it.

If you really have to cancel, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Subscription section.

On the homepage, open the subscription you wish to cancel

Then you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select "Cancel subscription". However, you will still receive any months you have paid for prior to your cancellation. 

For mobile users, after logging into your account and selecting the Subscription option, you will see an overview of your upcoming renewals. You will then need to select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu at the top (image one).

On the subscriptions page (image two) you will then need to scroll down to the bottom to select cancel subscription (image three).
