Our early-access presales of our Exclusive Editions are only open to active subscribers who have been subscribed for longer then 48 hours, and select other customers who meet the eligibility criteria given for each title.
Therefore, if you have signed up to one of our subscriptions less than 48 hours before a presale date, you will be ineligible for that presale. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
After your initial 48 hours, you will then be eligible for any future presale, providing you remain an active subscriber.
Remember!
- In general, only active subscribers have access to presales. To read about active subscriptions, click here.
- If you have subscribed within the last 48 hours, you are ineligible for any presales taking place within that initial time period.
- If you have previously purchased the first book(s) in a series and the presale is a continuation of that series, you will also be eligible for the presale -- regardless of your subscription status. (Please note that this is only valid if stated in the presale announcement.)
- All presale titles are sold in our UK Illumishop (shipping almost worldwide). Some titles are also offered in our US Illumishop (shipping to the USA and Canada only). Please read each title's announcement information carefully for further details.
- Presale access is granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.
