I bought one of your editions second-hand; please can I have access to the sequel’s presale?

We can only grant presale access to those who originally purchased products from us, as well as current active subscribers. 

However, we may be able to transfer the access to you if the original purchaser contacts Support, providing your chosen email address and relinquishing their rights to the presale. Unfortunately, without this, we are unable to add you to any future presale lists. 

Please do only contact us about an Exclusive Edition presale once the title's announcement has been made, and at least two weeks before the start of the presale. 

Please be aware that presale access is granted at our discretion and can with withdrawn at any time.
