With all our subscriptions, you can opt to skip a month/theme if it doesn't interest you -- however, sometimes mistakes happen, or you change your mind, and then you need to unskip a month/theme. That's totally okay!
If you need to unskip a month/theme, please contact Support and state which subscription month/theme you wish to unskip.
To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any unskips before the 1st of the month you wish to unskip. If it is after the 1st of the month, we may still be able to help you but this is not guaranteed.
In most cases, we can process unskips for you. However, we cannot process unskips if:
- It is after the skip deadline date; or
- We are sold out of that particular month/theme.
Remember!
- To keep your account running smoothly, please action or request any unskips before the 1st of the month you wish to unskip.
- For example, if you wanted to unskip January, you would request an unskip before 1st January.
- If it is after the 1st of the month, please contact Support.
- Don't forget about our Skip Limit Policy.
