How can I update my name on my account?

If you need to update your name on your online account, please contact Support with the following information: 


  • The email address associated with your account; and
  • Your new name. 


Please do not create a new account using your new name. This will not link to your existing account information and will only create future confusion. 


Please note that changing your name on your address will not change the name on your account as a whole. To do so, please contact Support
