Sometimes we list previous subscription boxes and Exclusive Editions in the Illumishop with a password required to purchase them.

These boxes are sold out to the general public.
The password is only available to customers who had an error with their original subscription order or to solve an renewals issue, or for those on a waitlist. Please do not contact us for this password if you are not eligible for this purchase.
Please note that previous subscription boxes will not be available to purchase on general sale until we have finalised all stock from replacements and damages. Unfortunately, because stock levels and timelines can vary, this cannot always be guaranteed; we apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
