I haven't received a tracking email. How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email, and this will also be added to your online account. If you have not received your tracking number via email, please first check any junk/spam inboxes and, if using Gmail, your "Promotions" tab to check that this hasn't been misfiltered.


UK Customers

Please check your online account first. If you cannot find the tracking information alongside the order in question, please contact Support



International Customers Shopping from the UK Illumishop

If you are an international customer, and your tracking number isn't in your online account, you can also find your tracking information by visiting Where is my parcel? 


Please enter your country, the order number found on your  Address Check email, and zip code to access any available tracking for your order. 



US and Canadian Customers 

Please check your online account first. As US orders are shipped via USPS, once you have located your tracking number, you can track your order on the USPS website


Orders to Canada are shipped via local couriers. Once you have your tracking number, these can be tracked on APC's website



Other Tracking Issues

If you have not been able to locate your tracking information, please contact Support with your order number and we can look into this for you.
