As we have two different websites from which you can order subscriptions and books -- our UK website and our US website -- you may need to have one account on each to see all of your pre-orders and subscriptions.
Our two websites run on two different systems, so it is completely fine to use the same email address on each site -- actually, this is the preferred way of handling your accounts. Using the same email address across our two websites means that we are better able to locate your account(s) when needed, and, if you're an active subscriber, ensures that the correct presale information will be sent to you.
