Once your order has shipped, we generally advise customers to contact Support if it has not arrived within an estimated timescale, as follows:

If you have ordered from the UK Illumishop and are an international customer, please be aware that progression through customs may take a week to clear.
These timescales may also be extended due to the volume of mail around individual countries' public holidays and also Christmas and New Year.
Before contacting Support with any concerns about the shipping and delivery of your order, please check that it does not contain a pre-order that is yet to ship. In line with our shipping policy, your order will not ship until all items are ready for fulfilment.
Please note that any shipping issues need to be raised with Support within 21 days of dispatch of your order. This will enable us to more effectively investigate with our shipping partners.
