For our Illumicrate Fantasy and Afterlight Romance subscribers, we offer the opportunity to subscribe on different billing cycles to best suit you. These are:
- Monthly
- Prepaid (3-months)
- Prepaid (6-months)
Depending on which billing cycle you choose, your subscription would then be charged/renewed on a monthly, 3-monthly, or 6-monthly basis. You can read more about renewal dates here.
To change your billing cycle, please contact Support at least a week before your subscription is due to renew, and give the following information:
- your current subscription type; and
- which billing cycle you would like to switch to.
We can then look at getting your subscription changed accordingly.
Remember!
- You can always find out your next renewal date by logging into your account and selecting the "My subscriptions" tab.
