If you have cancelled your subscription, either by accident or otherwise, and want to reinstate it, please do not panic.
In the first instance, contact Support.
Please do not sign up to the external waitlist for a subscription -- it may be that we can reactivate your subscription without you needing to wait to be invited.
While we cannot guarantee to reactivate every cancelled subscription, we can assess the situation and let you know the best route forward for you.
Remember:
- If you want to skip any months/themes, please use the skip function in your account.
- If you want to switch from an Illumicrate book-only subscription to a full box subscription (or vice versa), please do not cancel your subscription or join the external waitlist. Please contact Support.
